Dr. Santimoy Mandal holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), earned in 2023, along with an M.Tech in ECE (2011) and a B.Tech in ECE (2006). With over 18 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Santimoy Mandal currently serves as the Dean of the School of Engineering at Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur.

Dr. Santimoy Mandal ‘s research focuses on MIMO systems, 6G technologies, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) into communication systems. An accomplished academic, he has published more than 25 international journal papers, book chapters, and conference papers. In addition, Dr. Santimoy Mandal actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for international journals, ensuring the advancement of cutting-edge research in their field.

As Dean, Dr. Santimoy Mandal is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, empowering both faculty and students to contribute meaningfully to the field of engineering.
