My duties include managing student and faculty records, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations. They provide support for enrollment processes, maintain databases, and address inquiries from students, staff, and visitors. Additionally, they manage office supplies, sort mail, and ensure the office environment is organized. They may also assist with event coordination, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensure adherence to university policies and procedure.
