Ms. Arunima Konar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Netaji Subhash University. She began her academic journey as Ad hoc Faculty of Commerce at Guru Nanak College, Dhanbad, and currently teaches diverse courses such as Finance, Corporate Law, Business Law, and Entrepreneurship Development.

Her research interests focus on Banking Development, Investment, Non-Cash Payments, Consumer Behaviour, and Entrepreneurship Development. She has contributed to scholarly discourse through her publication in the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research, titled “Ease vs. Security: A Comprehensive Study of Cyber Risk in Digitized Banking”, which examines the delicate balance between digital convenience and financial security.
