Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Netaji Subhas University, I specialize in delivering lectures, developing course materials, mentoring students, and coordinating internships and placements while fostering strong industry connections. With 1 year and 6 months of professional experience, my journey includes extensive training at ITC properties, focusing on MICE and catering sales. Additionally, my research explores consumer decision-making in the hospitality sector. Holding an M.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, I am committed to leveraging my academic and industry experience to inspire and guide future hospitality leaders, emphasizing innovation and excellence.
