Ashmita Mahanty is a dedicated Assistant Professor at Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur, with 1.5 years of teaching experience. She holds an MCA and a BSc in IT.

With over a year of industry experience, including a stint at Tech Mahindra, Ashmita combines technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, MySQL, and Oracle Database with a passion for teaching. My professional journey blends practical knowledge with a passion for teaching. I strongly believe in the philosophy of continuous learning, where education is not just about delivering knowledge but also about evolving alongside students.

 My teaching approach focuses on introducing new concepts through real-life examples, fostering curiosity, and encouraging critical thinking.
