With an MBA in Human Resources and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field, I bring over 13 years of professional experience, including 11 years in various MNCs as a HRBusiness Partner and 2 years as a faculty of Human Resources. My corporate career has encompassed key HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, and employee relations, along with recognized achievements in women diversity initiatives, employee engagement, and process re-engineering.
Certified in SAP HCM by SAP Germany, I have also received numerous awards throughout my HR career. My academic contributions include three publications and a book chapter published in UGC Care Journals. Currently, I serve as a faculty member at Netaji Subhas University, where I also lead the Placement cell, fostering connections between academia and industry.
Passionate about Human Behavioral Psychology as well as People Engagement, I strive to create an interactive learning environment that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application. Through experiential learning, including case studies and real-world projects, I aim to inspire future HR leaders to build empathetic, ethical, and inclusive organizational cultures.
