I am a dedicated Human Resource professional with a strong foundation in HRM and Strategic HR, now contributing to academia as an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management. Holding an MBA in HR and Marketing. I have had the privilege of working across multiple industries as well as startup, where I developed and executed strategies in core HR functions, employee benefits, administration, and organizational development .

My corporate experience, particularly in Strategic HR and labour law compliance, has given me deep insights into real-world HR challenges. These experiences have enriched my teaching and allow me to offer students both theoretical clarity and practical relevance.

Currently, as an Assistant Professor, I am passionate about developing expertise and delivering impactful education in the areas of Strategic management and Entrepreneur Development. I strive to foster a classroom environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and applied understanding of an ethical practices.

My professional vision is to become a transformational educator and subject matter expert in HRM, OB, labour legislation, Social security, and industrial welfare-bridging the gap between academic learning and workplace realities.
