Prof. D. Shome’s career reflects a long-standing dedication to education in Jharkhand. He served as the Vice Principal of Gurunanak Inter College for 4 years. His experience also includes 15 years of teaching at KMPM College.
Prof. Shome was recognized as the “Best Faculty of Jharkhand” and received an award from Prabhat Khabar. He served as the Academic Dean at NSIBM and NSU until 2023.
In 2015, Prof. Shome was honored by Biswa Bharati University as a “Renowned Academician.”
For continuous 10 years, he has served as an External Evaluator for Kolhan University.

Currently he is working as Academic Advisor at Netaji Subhas University
