My journey in hospitality began at IHM Kolkata, where I built a strong foundation in the field. Starting as a Management Trainee in Food & Beverage, I advanced to the role of Restaurant Manager within just 4.5 years. These hands-on experiences ignited a deep passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Today, I have the privilege of leading the Department of Hotel Management at Netaji Subhas University. Collaborating with a talented team of faculty members who bring real-world expertise to the classroom, my mission is to prepare students to excel in the dynamic world of hospitality. By focusing on the latest industry trends and best practices, we aim to ensure our students are fully equipped to thrive in this ever-evolving field.
