With 14 years of teaching experience in pharmaceutical education, I have played a key role in managing the academic responsibilities of the Pharmacy Department at the university. As an educator, I believe that a good teacher understands students’ learning processes and development, engaging them through real-world examples and hands-on activities to foster practical knowledge and confidence.
