Before transitioning into academic,  dedicated four years to the clinical field as an IVF Counselor and Andrologist, gaining deep insights into reproductive technology and laboratory diagnostics.

Beyond the lab,my background includes significant leadership roles, notably three years as a Head of Human Resources and one year in Administration. This industrial foundation allows me to mentor students not just in scientific methodology, but in the professional ethics, management, and operational standards required by the global biotech industry.

I have completed my M.Sc Microbiology from Bangalore university,  My academic background provided a rigorous foundation in the life sciences and a mastery of systematic research methodologies.My technical expertise is further strengthened by professional training at two of India’s most renowned scientific centers. At GKVK Bangalore, I immersed myself in the complexities of Recombinant DNA Technology, gaining the molecular tools necessary for cutting-edge genetic research. Complementing this, my time at CFTRI Mysore provided a deep dive into Food Quality Control, equipping me with the industry-standard skills required to ensure food safety and microbial integrity.
