I bring over 12 years of professional experience, starting my career as a Business Executive at NIIT Ltd., where I was promoted to Deputy Centre Manager within 8 months. Following this, I served as Centre Head for 6 years, managing the P&L of a single center, and later overseeing 7 centers.

Additionally, I have 10 years of experience as a Project Head in skill development, working on various government-sponsored projects. My last role was with Teamlease Services Ltd., where I managed skill development projects across Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh. My expertise lies in leadership, operations management, and driving impactful skill development initiatives.
