With a Ph.D. in Commerce, UGC-NET, MBA (Finance & HR), and M. Com. (Specialization in Finance), I have over 8 years of teaching experience in colleges and 12+ years in coaching institutes, guiding UG and PG students. I joined Netaji Subhas University in 2022, post-COVID, as an Assistant Professor in the School of Commerce and Management  and later assumed the role of Head of the School of Management.

Throughout my tenure, I have collaborated with faculty members to design two certificate courses, organized Board of Studies (BOS) meetings to update the graduation syllabus, and initiated training programs and events for the holistic development of students. My teaching approach integrates practical applications and interactive activities, ensuring students grasp concepts with real-world relevance.
