With a Ph.D. in Commerce, UGC-NET, MBA (Finance & HR), and M.Com. (Specialization in Finance), I have over 5 years of teaching experience in colleges and 15+ years in coaching institutes, guiding UG and PG students. I joined Netaji Subhas University in 2022, post-COVID, as an Assistant Professor in the Commerce and Management Department and later assumed the role of Head of the Department of Commerce.

Throughout my tenure, I have collaborated with faculty members to design two certificate courses, organized Board of Studies (BOS) meetings to update the graduation syllabus, and initiated training programs and events for the holistic development of students. My teaching approach integrates practical applications and interactive activities, ensuring students grasp concepts with real-world relevance.
