Prior to my current role, I served as an IT Manager cum Data Analyst at Hazaribagh College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, where I was responsible for overseeing IT operations, managing data systems, and providing analytical insights to support institutional decision-making.

I hold professional certifications in Data Science and Lotus Notes, and I am a postgraduate with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
