About

With a background spanning academia, media, and industry practice, I currently contribute to Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur, in two capacities — as Placement Coordinator in the Placement Department and as Faculty in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC). My work focuses on building industry–academia partnerships, enhancing student employability, and ensuring a smooth campus-to-corporate transition through data-driven placement planning.

I hold a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication from Makhanlal Chaturvedi University. My prior professional experience includes work in process excellence and quality management systems, which has equipped me with a strong analytical foundation in process improvement and root cause analysis.

My academic and theoretical interests lie in the areas of communication theories, new media and digital media, and religious communication. I have worked extensively as a content creator and ground-reported journalist, covering the 2023 Madhya Pradesh Elections and the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections then I worked as Researcher and Subject Matter Expert. I have also authored over 600,000 words of original academic and research content for scholars, and I have experience as a public speaker.

Beyond my academic and professional pursuits, I bring 8 years of experience in songwriting, music production, and recording, which reflects my continued engagement with creative expression and communication in practice. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere Pro, and FL Studio.
