With over 16 years and 9 months of professional experience, I am currently serving as the Head of the Physics Department and Assistant Dean of Research at Netaji Subhas University. My academic journey is complemented by my research interests in Soft Computing Techniques, Natural Fibres, and Environmental Concerns. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about the teaching and learning process, always striving to bring innovative approaches to enhance students’ understanding and engagement. I am deeply committed to driving academic and intellectual growth, with a focus on creating radical changes in how the science of nature is taught. My contributions to the field are also reflected in over 20 publications and four Best Paper Awards, reinforcing my dedication to advancing both research and education in the realm of physics.
