The Training & Placement Department, Netaji Subhas University (NSU), Jamshedpur, successfully organized an Industry Interaction Seminar in collaboration with IBM, Bangalore on the theme “Future-Ready Careers: Skills IBM Looks for in Graduates.”

The session aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with first-hand insights into current and emerging industry expectations. IBM professionals shared practical perspectives on employability, evolving job roles, and the skills required to thrive in today’s competitive technology landscape.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation from IT students, for whom attendance was mandatory. Students found the session highly informative and motivating, gaining clarity on how to align their academic preparation with real-world industry demands.
