The Training & Placement Department hosted a seminar on “Practical Approach to Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, and Aptitude Skills.”

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, the Training and Placement Department of Netaji Subhas University organized a seminar titled “Practical Approach to Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, and Aptitude Skills.”

The participants included final-year and pre-final-year students from the Commerce and Management programs. The seminar was hosted by Mr. Sandeep Kumar, a well-respected speaker known for his witty remarks and charismatic persona.

The session provided informative and practical tips for succeeding in personal interviews, strategies for ensuring that participants’ voices were heard, and concluded with a real-time aptitude test. As a special feature announced by the convenor, the top-scoring candidate would receive an attractive prize.
