NSU organized Stress Management and Meditation Session.

“Yoga is a light that, once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter your flame.” — B.K.S. Iyengar

Netaji Subhas University organized a Stress Management and Meditation Session through Sahaj Yoga on April 25th at its campus, aimed at both students and faculty.

Sahaj Yoga, founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, is a simple and natural technique that helps individuals achieve self-realization and inner peace through the awakening of Kundalini energy.

Mrs. Rekha Aishwarya, the sub-coordinator of Sahaj Yoga, stated, “In today’s world, where stress-related challenges impact people of all ages, introducing a natural and effortless practice like Sahaj Yoga can make a transformative difference. We are excited to bring this opportunity to the university community.

Other members present from Sahaj Yoga included Mr. Pankaj, a software engineer at Accenture; Mr. Sushil Tudu, an entrepreneur and farmer; and Mrs. Ranjana Mishra, a teacher at DAV NIT. The entire team not only educated the students and faculty but also encouraged everyone to take time for themselves in their daily lives.
