NSU Nursing Department successfully organized the World AIDS Day Rally 2025 to educate, inspire, and empower our community.

All the students and faculty members of the Department of Nursing, Netaji Subhas University, Pokhari, Jamshedpur, successfully organized an impactful HIV/AIDS Awareness Rally on the occasion of World AIDS Day, observed on 1st December 2025.

The rally commenced from Sakchi Golchakkar at 08:30 AM, proceeded through DC Office (Jubilee Park), and returned to Sakchi Golchakkar by 12:00 PM.
This year’s theme — “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response” — emphasizes the need to strengthen awareness, promote prevention, and foster a supportive environment for all.

Participants wore red ribbons, symbolizing solidarity and global support for those living with HIV/AIDS.
Nursing students also performed a meaningful socio-drama at Sakchi Golchakkar, highlighting the challenges faced by individuals living with HIV/AIDS and encouraging testing, empathy, and community support.

Powerful rally slogans included:

* Communities Lead the Way!
* Rethink. Rebuild. Rise.
* No Judgment, Just Compassion.
* Spread Knowledge, Not the Virus.
