An educational tour is a crucial component of academic learning, allowing students to explore different fields and gain real-life experiences. Recently, the Department of Zoology and Botany took students on an educational tour to observe and learn about pisciculture, which involves breeding, rearing, and harvesting fish for commercial or domestic purposes in a controlled environment.
The students were enthusiastic and eager to deepen their understanding of this practice. The tour took place at a fish farm located in Bahragora village, near the Bansda post office in Jarapal. An instructor at the farm provided a detailed briefing to the students about the methods and processes involved in pisciculture.
